Car Rental Terms and Conditions<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

<\/p>\n

Reservations<\/b>:
All reservations are made based on the vehicle category, not for a specific model.
In case of non-availability of a vehicle in the category pre-selected by the
customer, always with reference to a confirmed reservation, ANYCAR reserves
the right to provide to the customer a higher category car, at no extra charge for
the customer.<\/p>


Driver:<\/b>
23 years old is the minimum age requirement for using cars of categories small
25 years of age is the minimum age requirement for the rest of car categories.
Maximum age is 7. <\/p>


Driving license:
<\/b>Production of a valid license for driving in the Greek territory and the E.U.,
issued at least 4 years prior to the rental\u2019s starting date, is required. Citizens of
countries outside the E.U. are required to be in possession of a driver\u2019s license
valid both in Greece and in the European Union, or otherwise holders of an
international driver\u2019s license which they are required to present together with
the valid driver\u2019s license issued in their country.<\/p>


Traffic tickets \u2013 Fines:
<\/b>Traffic tickets and fines due to violations of the Highway Code are born by the
Renter. In addition, the Renter undertakes the payment of management costs,
where required.<\/p>


Means of Payment:
<\/b>The Renter is required to produce a credit card as guarantee for the rental, even
if payment is made in cash. Rental is prepaid.<\/p>


Reservation Cancellations
<\/b>Cancellation of a reservation must be done at least forty eight (48) hours prior to
the scheduled date and hour of commencement of the vehicle\u2019s rental (always
according to the exact hour of reservation), as this has been made in the
company\u2019s reservations system. Should you wish to cancel a reservation, you
should contact the company through the reservations system of which you made
the reservation.
The following charges shall apply for the cancellation of reservations:
In case of a cancellation notice received by ANYCAR at least forty eight (48)
hours prior to the scheduled commencement of the vehicle\u2019s rental, any amount
prepaid shall be refunded. In case the payment has been made by card (credit or
debit) the refund of the respective amount may take up to 14 days depending on
the partner bank of the card you used while making your booking.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

In case of a cancellation notice received by ANYCAR less than forty eight (48)
hours prior to the scheduled commencement of the vehicle\u2019s rental, there shall be
no refund of any amount that may have been prepaid.<\/p>


Additional driver:
<\/b>The charge for each additional driver is 4\u20ac\/day. The maximum number of
drivers is set at 2 persons.<\/p>


Child seat:
<\/b>The charge for child seat is set at 5\u20ac\/day upon request by the customer and based
on the company\u2019s availability.<\/p>


Snow chains:
<\/b>The charge for snow chains is set at 5\u20ac\/day upon request by the customer and
based on the company\u2019s availability.<\/p>


Fuel:
<\/b>The renter has to return the car with the same quantity of fuel it had when
collected. In case the car is returned with a quantity of fuel less than the original
(namely, less than the quantity of fuel the vehicle had when collected by the
customer), the customer shall be charged with the fuel difference. No customer
refund is provided in case of the car returned with a quantity of fuel greater than
that collected.<\/p>


Mileage<\/b>:
For the rental there is a limit of 170 kilometers per day.Otherwise, for each
additional kilometer over and above 170km\/day, the customer will be charged,
upon return of the vehicle, with an amount of 0.11\u20ac+VAT per kilometer for
passenger cars.<\/p>


Accident:
<\/b>In case of an accident, the customer is charged with 37\u20ac for the accident file
administration costs.<\/p>


INSURANCES:
<\/b>CDW \u2013 Collision Damage Waiver:
The renter is fully released of the liability for any car damage:By providing the
necessary papers from an insurance company or the Traffic Control that is other
party\u2019s fault.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

As a necessary condition for release from liability, the damage must be proven
not to have been caused by a Highway Code violation.<\/p>


PAI \u2013 Personal Accident Insurance:<\/b><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The renter is not covered by a \u201cDriver\u2019s Insurance\u201d (PAI), unless he\/she accepts
and signs the relevant term of the company\u2019s contract and pays the amount of:
10\u20ac\/ rental day for all categories of vehicles.
Maximum amount of insurance compensation payable: 15,000 Euros.<\/p>


Insurance Limits:
<\/b>Vehicles are insured against third parties (excluding the driver) for death and
bodily harm per accident and for material damages by third parties (excluding
the ANYCAR vehicle) In case of change of the above limits, the minimum limits,
as defined by the applicable Greek legislation, shall always apply. Damages
exceeding the insurance coverage limit, or excluded by it, shall be fully paid by
the customer.<\/p>


TP: Theft
<\/b>The renter is fully released of the liability for any damage to the car in the event
of theft, provided he\/she accepts and signs the relevant terms of the company\u2019s
contract and pays the amount of:
10\u20ac\/ rental day for the small categorie
15\u20ac\/ rental day for the middle categorie
25\u20ac\/ rental day for the big categorie
Main condition for the above coverage is the absence of negligence, even slight,
or of unlawful conduct during the vehicle\u2019s rental.<\/p>


Road Assistance:
<\/b>ANYCAR cars are covered by 24hours road assistance. Road assistance\u2019s
contact details are stated on the rental contract.
Where replacement of the vehicle deemed as necessary, up to 24 hours are
required for areas in the Mainland, while for any other area within the Greek
territory, a period of up to 72 hours is required.
If it is proven in the end that the replacement of the vehicle is not deemed
necessary, then the lessee will be charged with transportation cost.<\/p>


Car transport out of the country:
<\/b>Transport and driving of the car outside the borders of the Greek Territory is
prohibited.<\/p>


Car transport by ship:
<\/b>For the car\u2019s transport by ship, the company\u2019s written approval is required.<\/p>\n
